Mann Page II was the son Mann Page and Judith Carter Page. He finished building Rosewell Plantation after his father’s death. His first wife was Alice Grymes and his second wife was Anne Corbin Tayloe.

The subject wears a dark red coat and waistcoat and appears inside a painted oval. He is turned towards his left.
