Thomas Ludwell Lee (1730-1778)

Thomas Ludwell Lee was the son of Thomas Lee and Hannah Ludwell Lee.

Thomas Ludwell Lee’s account books show £11.8.6 were paid in August 1751 for “pictures, frames, etc.” to Robert Edge Pine. Pine painted the brothers Philip Ludwell Lee and Thomas Ludwell Lee while they were in England. It is unclear if the portraits ever made it to Stratford Hall or what happened to them.
