Amy Hutchings Newton (Mrs. Thomas Newton, 1725-1790)

This portrait descended with the portraits of her husband, Thomas Newton, son, Thomas Newton, Jr., and daughter-in-law, Martha Tucker Newton and were recorded in the early twentieth century. It is assumed that John Durand painted the entire family group.
